As reported by PTI, the massive Tricolour, measuring around 60 metres by 40 metres, was carefully deployed beneath the sea as part of a structured dive plan. Divers maintained strict formation to ensure the flag stayed fully open and stable during the verification process.The administration will attempt another Guinness World Record on Sunday with the “Tallest Human Stack” planned at the Lighthouse dive site on Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island). The achievement was officially confirmed by Guinness World Records adjudicator Rishi Nath at 10.35 am. He announced the successful record and handed over the certificate to administrator Joshi, officials said.Fateh, a Class 12 student at The Shri Ram School in Gurugram, said, “I don’t have words to express how beautiful the marine world is. I am feeling so proud to have become a part of this event.” He is also trained in equestrian sports and has competed internationallySpeaking on the occasion, organisers praised the seamless coordination between teams and described the achievement as another milestone in the region’s history of hosting large-scale events.
