देश की सबसे बड़ी मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा NEET-UG को लेकर चल रहे paper leak controversy में Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। जांच एजेंसी ने Pune से Chemistry teacher Kulkarni को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिसे इस पूरे NEET-UG Paper Leak racket का “kingpin” बताया जा रहा है।
CBI के अनुसार आरोपी Kulkarni का National Testing Agency (NTA) से जुड़ा network था और उसी के जरिए exam paper leak किया गया। इस गिरफ्तारी के बाद पूरे देश में NEET-UG examination system पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं। लाखों students और parents इस मामले को लेकर चिंतित हैं क्योंकि यह परीक्षा मेडिकल करियर का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण gateway मानी जाती है।

NEET-UG Paper Leak: Controversy Explained
NEET-UG भारत की सबसे बड़ी medical entrance examination है, जिसमें हर साल 20 लाख से ज्यादा छात्र हिस्सा लेते हैं। इस परीक्षा के जरिए MBBS, BDS और अन्य medical courses में admission मिलता है।
Controversy तब शुरू हुई जब कुछ छात्रों पर exam से पहले question paper मिलने के आरोप लगे। Social media पर कई screenshots और alleged answer keys वायरल हुईं, जिसके बाद students और parents ने investigation की मांग की।

Investigation reports के अनुसार paper leak network बेहद organized तरीके से काम कर रहा था। आरोप है कि encrypted messaging apps और secret meetings के जरिए question papers और answer keys share किए गए।
CBI को शक है कि इस racket में कई लोग शामिल थे, जिनमें:
- Coaching agents
- Middlemen
- Teachers
- Technical experts
- Exam process से जुड़े insiders
Candidates से allegedly लाखों रुपये लेकर उन्हें exam से पहले answers उपलब्ध कराए गए।
कुछ reports में यह भी दावा किया गया है कि fake promises देकर कई families से पैसे वसूले गए।
NEET-UG Paper Leak: Government and CBI Response
केंद्र सरकार ने साफ कहा है कि इस मामले में शामिल किसी भी आरोपी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। CBI लगातार कई राज्यों में raids कर रही है और suspects से पूछताछ जारी है।
सरकार future examinations के लिए नई security policies पर भी काम कर रही है। माना जा रहा है कि आने वाले समय में:

NEET-UG Paper Leak: Bigger Questions on India’s Exam System
NEET-UG paper leak controversy ने भारत के examination system पर बड़ा सवाल खड़ा कर दिया है। पिछले कुछ वर्षों में कई recruitment और entrance exams में paper leak के आरोप सामने आए हैं।
Experts का कहना है कि केवल arrests से समस्या खत्म नहीं होगी। इसके लिए examination infrastructure, digital security और accountability systems में बड़े reforms की जरूरत है।
अगर समय रहते मजबूत कदम नहीं उठाए गए तो students का भरोसा competitive exams से उठ सकता है।
NEET-UG Re Exam Date Fix
- The NEET-UG re-examination will be held on June 21, Sunday.
- The duration of the exam has been increased by 15 minutes. The test will now take place from 2 pm to 5.15 pm, including the time required for examination formalities.
- The examination will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode in 13 languages.
- Candidates will be allowed to update their present address and select preferred examination cities between May 15 and May 21 till 11.50 pm.
- Students can choose their first and second preferred examination cities. Those who do not use this option will retain their earlier city choice.
- No changes will be permitted in any details except the present address and examination city preference.
- Requests for any changes after May 21 will not be accepted.
- No extra fee will be charged for appearing in the re-examination.
- The NTA said admit cards, city intimation slips and other details will be released later, by June 14.
